Our Executive Chef Abelardo Beltran constructs edible master pieces that leave your taste buds craving more. Chef Abe has worked in New York and Palm Beach’s Bice and has been at La Trattoria expanding our brilliant food selection for over 5 years. His work has been recognized by the Palm Beach Post and the Florida Culinary Institute and we are proud to have him on board.
