Where’s the beef?

At Carmine’s of course! Carmine started over 40 years ago working in a butcher shop and this quickly became the inspiration for our Gourmet Market.

Carmine takes great pride in serving Prime and Angus Beef, Niman Ranch and Wagyu-Kobe. From filets to rib eyes, porterhouse, NY Strip, Skirt Steak, we also carry organic and free range poultry, Kubota Pork, housemade Italian Sausage from an old family recipe, Colorado and Australian Lamb, we carry only milk-fed Veal, cut into Rib and Loin veal chops, top round veal cutlets, Veal Filet and of course Veal Osso Buco! We carry some game meats such as Venison, Bison and Buffalo. Carmine’s has it all. Come see for yourself, there are just too many items to list.

Carmine entrusts Anthony & Al (his brothers) who run the department to make sure we only carry the finest meats.If you have any special requests,don’t hesitate to ask them!
